Dwellingup Breakaway Bed and Breakfast offers spacious luxurious accommodation with all the trimmings set in a quiet, private, and cosy environment nested amongst the tall trees.

Our lavish and spacious fully carpeted bedroom consists of queen size bed, dressing table, side draws, lamps, electric blankets, radio/alarm clock, and bed lights.

Together with our separate deluxe ensuite, boasts a corner/twin spa, shower, bath/hand towels, hair dryer, toiletries, toilet, vanity, cupboards, mirror and fan/heating lights.

Dwellingup Breakaway Bed and Breakfast also offer the use of a full size lounge area, which includes satellite T.V./DVD, info stand, reading lamp, coffee table, reverse cycle air-conditioning, tea and coffee provided incorporating a bar fridge and fully equipted kitchenette area.

Included is the use of a private atrium with large gas heater and veranda for relaxation, reading and enjoying our delicious hot cooked breakfast.

$160.00 per night for two adults, private room and breakfast. Long weekends minimum 2 nights. Gift vouchers available

• Cancellation policy – cancellations must be received 5 days prior to 2.00pm of the date of arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged. No refunds on long weekends and public holidays.
• Rooms – 1 queen bedroom, large ensuite, twin spa, cosy lounge room, entry, hallway with atrium and veranda.This is a smoke free house.
